REFUNDS 

Refunds for returned goods, provided the product has previously been shipped to you, will be handled within 5-7 working days of our receipt. Only items that meet our terms and conditions may be returned with the original receipt or exchanged for another item. Any size adjustments or substitutions are contingent upon availability and approval from us. An item is deemed customized and cannot be exchanged again after it has been exchanged. If a size isn't available or there isn't enough inventory to allow for an exchange, store credit may be given in accordance with the conditions of our agreement. You have 48 hours from the time you get your package to make requests for returns or exchanges. After this time, requests won't be taken into consideration.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns once an order has been finalized and the products have been delivered. We do, however, acknowledge infrequent occurrences associated with the nature of our products. Examples of cases where a refund is appropriate are: 

• Non-delivery of merchandise: Pre-paid orders that are unable to be fulfilled because of unanticipated events will be compensated.
